Abstract: We studied the time indices of the heart rate in boys aged 10-11 with a diagnosis of vegetative dystonia before and after treatment of Magne-B6. It was found that the drug Magne-B6 in these children at rest reduces significantly the influence of the sympathetic and humoral mechanisms of heart rate regulation compared with the rates in children of the same group before treatment. The dynamics of time indices of heart rate when changing the position of the body indicates the positive effect of the drug Magne-B6 on the state of functional reserves of the circulatory system and the adaptive capacity of the organism in boys with vegetative dystonia
