Certain issues of improvement of control and supervisory activities in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the state of control and supervisory activities in the Russian Federation and to determine its improvement trends. Particular attention in the article is given to the analysis of the legal foundation of the organization and carrying out of activities aimed at preventing of violations of mandatory requirements. Based on the findings of the conducted research, the authors come to the conclusion about low efficiency of state control (supervision) activities carried out by the public authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation. In addition, it appears that the introduction of positive prevention into the system of control and supervisory activities will occlude comprehension of the scheme of the whole process of control and supervisory activities
