Managerial and economic & legal aspects of information society development

Abstract

Significance of determination and detailed study of managerial, economic, financial, and legal aspects that determine the perspectives of information society’s development from the point of view of a separate country is substantiates. The purpose of the research is to substantiate understanding of information society as a multi-level notion that draws interest of various sciences: management, social science, philosophy, political science, and jurisprudence. The paths of development of information society and the aspects that lead to achievement of the set landmarks are determined, and the methods of overcoming of the emerging problems of information society’s development are offered. The authors use the methods of theoretical analysis of economic, managerial, sociological, and legal literature and generalization of practical experience of development of national economy
