Abstract

The phenomenon of technogenic society is considered. Technologies are shown as factors of formation and development of technogenic society. Social changes, produced by scientific and technical innovation, on the one hand, increase the opportunity to achieve more significant than before standards of the world society existence and integration. All peculiar properties at modern stage of technological civilization development are linked with the universally growth of public life globalization processes. Globalization of human development has actualized largely the problem of technological civilization development as well as the problem of the chances and prospects how to save traditional civilizations. In connection with the avalanche-like acceleration of social changes processes a man needs the ability of rapid adaptation to accelerating pace of life and increasing volume of information that he must to be able to get, process and use, to increased emotional loads, stresses, which became daily in the society of risks, including in technogenic. A technogenic society where a new information and knowledge have its own time frame and customer, produces completely different hierarchy of values, in which "success", "competitiveness", "conformity", "the high level of material security" are dominated.
