Abstract: | Based on the results of the studies, it was found that the modeling of hemoperitoneum at the adhesion stage is accompanied by an increase in the proliferation of fibroblasts: an increase in the mitotic index by a factor of 5, the level of the Ki-67 proliferation marker by a factor of 8, and the enhancement of their collagen-synthetic function: a 4-fold increase in the formation of protein-bound oxyproline. Verapamil and diltiazem reduce the excessive activity of fibroblasts at the stage of formation of adhesions by regulating their proliferative and collagen-synthetic functions, reducing the number of mitoses by 58.5 %, the number of Ki-67+ cells by 59.2 %, the excess production of oxyproline by 66.7 %. The normalizing effect of verapamil on fibroblasts is 1.8 times higher than that of diltiazem. Nifedipine has no antiproliferative effect on cells |
