Abstract: Symbiont Medusomyces gysevii (a tea mushroom) at the expense of a wide range of biochemical components of a microbic origin can meet nutritious requirements of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus. The significant role of these microorganisms defines requirement of their growing both in vitro, and in vivo. At an inactivation of microorganisms forming this simbiont and at bringing of substances on the basis of Medusomyces gysevii to a form, digestible for lactobacilli, it is important to stop on those methods of technological processing which will provide the maximum growth-stimulating effect. The obtained results demonstrate that the growth-stimulating effect on bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus in vitro is rendered by the nanostructured substance of a tea mushroom added at concentration of 10% of MRS medium volume that it is possible to explain with the better comprehensibility of the nutrients contained in it, and also with existence of the low-molecular stimulating factors
